Pragmagination
Pragmagination was our 2022 “word of the year” at Field. Our outdoor season was incredibly gratifying as we helped our clients by creating artistic solutions to practical problems. Everything from innovative and locally sourced wall solutions to uniquely fun but practical patio shapes, and slope solutions with flair.
2022 also marked our biggest KerPlantz! plant sale ever! We added a KerPlantz! delivery truck to our fleet which is the next step in allowing us to bring our custom grown, direct to consumer plants directly to you.
Uplift by Field is now in it’s fourth year! It is exciting and humbling to be invited into our clients’ homes to help them with impactful projects to better utilize and enjoy their indoor spaces.
In August, for the first time in a long time, we were able to bring together clients, both new and from the beginning of Field 15 years ago, as well as partners, Field alumni, friends, and family for an All Friends Party. We loved that we were finally able to share our new home and space in Northeast!
Our employees are the heart and soul of Field. In 2022 we both kept and hired the best people ever. Our unique body health program has made landscaping a true option for talented individuals looking to be part of a great team who enables them to express their skills.
