    1. Everyone who fills out this form will be entered into a drawing on December 1st with 1 winner getting a $100 Plant Sale Credit
    2. If the person you refer works with us you will get a $100 Plant Sale Credit.

    Important note: When you fill out this form, we will not contact the person you are referring and they will not be signed up to our email list. This form just helps do 2 things: It sends them an email saying you recommended us and it helps make sure we keep track of who is eligible for $100 Plant Sale Credit.
