We build landscapes and help people grow...

    Work @ Field

Field offers a unique, collaborative and supportive environment for all team-members.

We work normal hours and believe in helping our employees reach their non-work goals – buying homes and having rewarding lives outside of work.

If working with stone, digging your hands in the dirt and experiencing the satisfaction of landscape transformations gets you excited… let’s talk.

    Old-school

Uniquely “old-school” career where you work outside with your hands and see the fruits of your labor, but in a “new-school” environment.

    Health management

You can be healthy in a landscape career. We expect personal body management through daily exercises, weekly trainer visits, smart on-site strategies and best equipment available.

    Team support

Work with supportive team who share pride in their work.

    Equipment

Did we mention best equipment available? we use both a two-person vacuum lifter and a machine based vacuum lifter!

    Open book management

Transparent environment where you see how your project work contributes to overall company success

    Education

12 week class offered in the winter to provide background in science of landscaping and horticulture – 3 crew members passed the MNLA Certification Test last year!

    Benefits and Pay

Top hourly pay, aggressive career progression, health care reimbursement, matched retirement plan, paid time off.

    Inclusive
    environment

We believe diversity makes us better.

    Growing winter work program

Currently we provide winter work for 50% of our crew and are growing the percentage yearly.
